Graduated with highest honors in Law from La Sapienza University of Rome, Lawyer, practicing in the field of corporate and banking law, including litigation.

She began her practice as in-house counsel at Istituto Mobiliare Italiano S.p.A. from 1981 to 1999, later moving to San Paolo IMI S.p.A. in the role of head of the Central Legal Department of the Large Clients Division until 2000.
He served as General Counsel of IBI (today, Alerion Clean Power S.p.A.) and as Head of the Corporate Secretariat of Risanamento Napoli S.p.A. and Fincasa S.p.A., both listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.
From 2003 to 2007, Attorney Albano practiced at Studio Legale Carbonetti.
Since 2007, he has been practicing in the field of corporate law and deals mainly with corporate counseling and capital transactions, banking and financial transactions, as well as institutional and corporate compliance (privacy, anti-money laundering, security, liability administrative liability of legal persons under L.231/2001). He has continuously advised the Prada Group for more than 10 years. In particular, he has assisted Prada S.p.A in its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has served as Head of the Group’s Corporate Affairs Department, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Company Secretary. In this capacity, she was in charge of the governance and corporate legal issues of the listed parent company and the subsisiaries in Italy and the the world; she supervised the Company Secretariat, Equity Investments, and Compliance, and oversaw the extraordinary transactions. In the period April/October 2015, he served as Board Member in Banca Carim – Cassa di Risparmio di Rimini S.p.A. In the period April 2020 March 2022 he held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fiocchi Munizioni S.p.A.

To date, he holds the following positions: (i) member of the Board of Directors, Committee Corporate Governance and Environmental and Social Sustainability and of the Appointments Committee of FinecoBank S.p.A. (since 2017); (ii) Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Artemide Italia S.p.A. and Auditor Standing Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Artemide Group S.p.A and the Board of Statutory Auditors of Artemide S.p.A. (since 2014); (iii) member of the Board of Directors of Piaggio C. S.p.A. (since 2018); (iv) Alternate Auditor of Edison S.p.A. (since 2020).

He is a member of the investment committee of Be Cause Sicaf Spa.
